Homemade garlic SASS
I accidentally made sesame garlic SASS today, and I'm so glad I did. It's my all-time favorite salad dressing (and local, too!) so I'm pretty stoked I can make it myself now, if I want to. Wait, you thought I figured this out on my own, didn't you! Naw. It's this. You blend these things up in a blender or food processor:
Is it off the market? I emailed them about five weeks in to my forced termination and it was indicated to me then that they were having some distribution problems, but they would be back on HEB shelves soon.
I just wanted you to know that we’ve been using this recipe for years and my husband asks me to make it a permanent staple in our fridge. I know you posted this 8 years ago but THANK YOU thank you thank you!
I found this recipe during quarantine when I could no longer find the recipe! Thanks so much for this. It's been a favorite of mine for years & now I can make my own! <3
2024 and I'm still loving my garlic sass wannabe! I double the garlic and the Ginger and use Tamari soy sauce and could still drink it. It's good on everything, as their original label said even a teaspoon.
I love that the first thing I read on this blog is how to make my favorite dressing.
ReplyDeleteNow that SASS is off the market, this is a godsend.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, didn't know! Glad I could help you regain your SASS :)
